Community Involvement
At Huttig, we seek to enhance the quality of life in the communities in which we live and work. Through organizations such as Habitat for
Humanity and the United Way, we aid those less fortunate. Through the Huttig Employees Relief Fund, established in 2004, we assist fellow
employees and their communities as they rebuild in the wake of devastating hurricanes and natural disasters.
Habitat for Humanity
There's No Place Like Home
Huttig employees embrace the spirit of community involvement as they build a new home for a single parent family.

As one of the largest domestic distributors of home building products, Huttig has an unwavering commitment to eliminate homelessness and substandard
housing in America. In 2004, Huttig renewed its pledge and established a partnership with Habitat for Humanity through which we donate building
products to Habitat’s ReStores across America. At the ReStores, surplus building materials are sold at greatly reduced prices, and the
proceeds help local affiliates fund Habitat projects within the community. From early 2004 through 2005, Huttig has donated over $500,000
in building products to Habitat for Humanity ReStores.
Huttig has also cultivated active involvement in local Habitat for Humanity building projects. In 2004 and again in 2005, Huttig’s
corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO, sponsored the construction of a home in the metropolitan area.
The United Way
Every year, Huttig encourages all employees to make a generous donation to the United Way. The Company also provides a matching contribution.
Huttig Employees Relief Fund
In 2004, Huttig employees created a charitable fund to aid fellow employees who are impacted by catastrophic events, including hurricanes
and floods. Last year, the fund distributed nearly $9,000 to employees after multiple hurricanes hit the Florida region.
